Reny joined Carter Hones Associates in 2021 and is currently seconded to a Contractor to help drive the design management and coordination of the Link Bridge at One Zabeel.  Craig and Nathan met and worked with Reny back in 2005 whilst together at BSBG, so were very pleased with Reny agreed to join the Carter Hones Associates family.  Reny has garnered over 24 years’ experience (21 years in Dubai), working for top tier local and international consultants and contractors on multi-billion dollar projects.  Reny is a qualified civil engineer and has enhanced his education by taking numerous local courses in contracts management, site safety and site supervision and coordination.

 

As a Senior Project Management professional in Dubai, Reny has become accustomed to fast tracked projects and managing the outputs of fellow Consultants and Contractors, ensuring timely delivery with a focus on quality.  He has completed major projects with prominent clients including Emaar, Nakheel and Omniyat, and is adept at fulfilling exacting demands on a daily basis.  Reny is a highly proactive individual, accomplished at all levels of management, including in client facing positions and in high pressure environments.  He has a passion to succeed and is a dedicated, diligent professional whose work strategy prioritizes achieving a quality end product that exceeds the Client’s needs and expectations.

 

Reny is the quite achiever in the office, with a calm demeanour and professional voice which rarely exceeds 30 dB.  That is, or course, unless he is dealing with a difficult site foreman, wherein Reny’s commanding presence takes on a new persona!
