Ryan is our Operations Director, overseeing the day to day running of our project management service.  He moved to Dubai in 2012 following his graduation from John Moore’s University Liverpool with a BEng in Civil Engineering.

Ryan specialises in the project delivery of large-scale projects, having successfully delivered multiple AED  1bn+ projects across hospitality, residential and aviation sectors. With extensive experience of working on both pre and post contract stages, Ryan is able to identify both opportunity and risks from an early stage in project life cycle through to project handover and has the tools to finding solutions when needed.

Ryan’s 12 years of UAE experience covers both working as a main contractor and within a PMC providing a unique insight and understanding of project delivery from substructure works through to fit out and handover.

Ryans spare time is spent in various golf clubs around dubai where he generously donates golf balls, digs holes and forms treks through the beautiful landscaping that the courses have to offer.
