Allen is a professional architect and senior project manager with 20 years of extensive experience in contracting, consultancy and client representation in the field of Architecture and Interior Design. Allen first joined Carter Hones Associates in 2020 to work on One Zabeel and has now re-joined the company in 2022 in a secondment position on a large project in DMCC.

Allen has managed numerous hotel and leisure projects for Damac Properties, one of the leading developers in the region. As a Senior Project Manager, Allen was responsible for all the interior design works of the Damac Burjside Terrace – Uppercrest and Distinction Projects. He was also responsible for majority of the Damac Hotel Apartments in the Business Bay area namely Prive, Bays Edge, Canal Views and The Vogue just to name a few. Prior to his time with Damac, Allen worked as Project Manager for Al Fara'a General Contracting, where he spearheaded the Arjan Rotana Royal House project. He also helped deliver the Rosewood Essence All Day Dining Restaurant in Rotana Beach Hotel.

In addition to client side and contractor side project, Allen has also worked for interior fitout company Al Reyami Interiors. His main function was to focus on Project Personnel Performance & Development with an emphasis on the assurance and execution of Quality & Safety norms throughout all the projects.

A team-oriented individual with strong professional and ethical beliefs, Allen is extremely capable and able to balance multiple competing priorities on multiple projects.

On the weekends, you might find Allen high in the Hatta Mountains where his off-road BMX takes him into places rarely seen by other human beings.
