JELICA VUKASINOVIC
Design Manager

Jelica is a talented and passionate Creative Design Architect with a particular enthusiasm and ability to create iconic building design and place making. She heralds from a strong architectural design background with international award-winning companies in Dubai and joined the team from Carter Hones Associates in 2021 as a Design Manager.

Jelica holds Master's of Science Degree in Architecture and since that time Jelica has been involved with over more than 40 projects from a variety of scopes including master planning, architectural design and interior design and specialising in numerous sectors comprising Retail, Mixed Use, F&B, Hospitality and others. Jelica is talented designer who understands fundamental of planning and circulation, the importance of customer experience whilst remembering the functionality required for BOH practicalities. She has obtained excellent consultant-side experience from 5 years working with retail specialist firm, Benoy, and 2 years design experience with AEDAS where her main focus were hospitality driven projects.

Jelica has also gained valuable client-side experience, where she quided international design teams focusing on achieving high quality design execution of project with great attention to detail during her time with the Engineer's Office in Dubai. That role prepared her perfectly for her current position, which is seconded into pre-eminent Dubai Retail developer, Majid Al Futtaim (MAF) as a Creative Design Architect in their Architecture and Design Studio. Jelica is focused on the largest mall in KSA, The Mall of Riyadh, which includes a mix of hotel, retail, hospitality and commercial functions in the centre of Riyadh.

Jelica is fan of life-threatening sports and passionate about adventure travelling and exploring new places, cultures, tasting local food. When she's not putting her life in danger in the guise of sport, she unwinds on the d-floor with some Latin Salsa, Mambo and Argentine Tango!
