Senior Project Manager

Navid is an experienced construction professional and brought his 20 years construction and project management experience to Carter Hones Associates in 2021 as a Senior Project Manager. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering and is a certified Project Management Professional having completed the PMP accreditation course in 2018.

Navid is a progressive and dedicated construction and civil project manager who loves what he does. He is adept in planning, executing and spearheading projects where he especially excels at project planning, resource planning, budgeting, progress tracking, negotiations, contractual management and tendering. He has worked with some top-tier Contractors such as Turner International Middle East (TIME) & Samsung where he acted as Site Engineer/ Package Manager/ Infrastructure Construction Manager, Tower Manager and Senior Project Manager. His experience includes well-known projects such as Dubai Creek Harbour (6 Residential Towers), Armani Hotel La Mer Waterpark, Hub Zero internal Theme Park & Green Biome Project, The Green Planet. He is an accomplished professional with notable success in managing projects from AED 80 mil to AED 3.6 bil.

Navid has also gained valuable Client-Side experience as a Client Project Manager with RAK Properties where he was instrumental in successfully completing and handing over the AED 89 mil. 'Gateway Residences' with an impressive 24 month period. He has used that experience to assist other clients as a secondee into Envie Events working as Client-Side Senior Project Manager on the amazing Tomorrowland project known as Terra Solis expected to open in late 2022.

When Navid isn't getting complex construction projects over the line, he enjoys time with his family and watching cricket…especially when India beat Pakistan…which to be honest, is pretty much all the time.
