In a continuation of his success in Architecture and Engineering, Craig founded Carter Hones Associates in 2010. Carter Hones Associates provide Project Management and Client Representative services with a mandate to work with interesting people on exciting projects, whilst focusing on successful delivery.

 

With 12 years in the region, Craig has amassed a broad portfolio of delivered projects from the roll-out of high-tech banking kiosks to 750,000 sq.ft. of new build commercial offices and the introduction of new hotel concepts. Craig spent many years as the Head of Property for the National Bank of Oman and has worked closely with UAB in the UAE, so knows intimately the financial focus, rigour and analysis undertaken when assessing the feasibility of a project. Craig has experience managing commercial roll-out projects in Oman and extensively across the UAE with over 50 commercial fit out projects in malls, office buildings, government departments and more.

Craig's experience as a Consultant and a Client has provided him with a unique insight into the process of delivering projects from both perspectives and from the delivery end of design and construction. This has enabled Craig to work effectively with clients to understand their business objectives and to ensure positive results.

Unfortunately, Craig is an avid Everton supporter so doesn't enjoy his weekend very often!  But he does enjoy scooting around Dubai on his Vespa and lifting heavy objects around the gym in the early mornings.
