Refurbishment of the existing Spike Bar, turning it into a Jones the Grocer gourmet restaurant and deli. The indoor seating is spread across two levels and houses a cheese and charcuterie in the middle of the restaurant. The bar was relocated to a more central area which creates pockets of various dining options.
