Refurbishment of the existing all-day-dining restaurant and expansion from 400 to 700 covers. Due to a strong design focus in Carter Associates, the scope grew to include lead consultancy as well as project management. Our goal was to increase covers, increase operational efficiency, and provide a better customer experience.
