Senior Project Manager - Hospitality

Carter Hones Associates is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of hotel and hospitality projects across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Acting as the Client's representative and trusted advisor, you'll take ownership of complex projects across the full lifecycle, from design coordination through procurement, construction and handover, setting the standard for quality, governance and delivery excellence across the team.

• Lead large-scale hospitality projects across all phases, from initiation and design through procurement, construction and handover
• Manage programme, cost, quality, risk and stakeholder expectations, acting as the trusted representative of both the Client and CHA
• Chair project progress meetings, governance meetings and key stakeholder workshops
• Lead and govern the design process, managing consultants, deliverables and client approvals in coordination with other CHA departments
• Lead procurement strategy, tender processes and contract administration, including FIDIC conditions
• Establish and govern robust project controls, reporting and documentation standards
• Oversee project budgets, forecasting and financial performance across the portfolio
• Drive construction delivery, change control and commercial performance through to Final Account and close-out
• Champion HSE standards, behaviours and expectations across delivery teams
• Lead structured project handover and close-out, including as-built documentation, O&M manuals, warranties and lessons learned
• Mentor and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers and Project Coordinators, building capability and succession across the team
• Strengthen client relationships and contribute to business development and the long-term growth of CHA

• Proven experience delivering hotel projects within the UAE/GCC
• 8–15 years' project management experience
• Degree qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering or a related field
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence leading senior stakeholders, consultants and contractors
• Ability to operate across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and remote project locations
• Must be residing in the UAE
