Develop the Client Brief and Project Execution Plan, defining objectives, governance, and delivery strategy
Undertake feasibility reviews and establish programme, risk, and stakeholder alignment from inception
Lead consultant coordination, design oversight, and authority approvals across all disciplines
Define and manage construction procurement strategy, tender processes, contract administration, and contractor appointment
Oversee construction delivery, programme control, quality and HSE compliance, testing, commissioning, final handover and defect rectification
