The development includes a 380 key hotel, high-end destination restaurants, VIP Red Lounge, retail shops on a marina promenade and lushly landscaped gardens. Carter Hones Associates assisted with initial Design Management and Project Strategy Advisory services, which lead into Tender Services, and now full on-site Project Management and Cost Management Services.
