Carter Hones Associates has been appointed by MODON to provide Project Management and Cost Management services for the comprehensive refurbishment of the hotel in Abu Dhabi. The scope encompasses the full refurbishment of the guest rooms, public areas, F&B outlets, and associated ancillary buildings. Our Project Management team is leading the coordination and delivery of the refurbishment works, overseeing the design, programme, procurement, stakeholder management, and construction activities to ensure the project is delivered in line with the client’s quality, operational, and commercial objectives. Supporting this, our Cost Management team is providing comprehensive pre- and post-contract services, including cost planning, procurement support, commercial management, cost control, and ongoing financial oversight throughout the delivery of the project.
