Carter Hones Associates were appointed as Project Managers for the first phase of the Entertainment Wing area at JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai, overseeing the full transformation of a former newsagents into Aurom Lab, a botanical beverage lab and speciality coffee destination. This venue's goal was to combine precision coffee, botanical science and alcohol-free drinks in an experience designed around preparation rituals and interaction between guests and its beverage team. Delivered in partnership with KEANE and The Fitout, the entertainment wing development forms part of JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai's wider long-term enhancement strategy, a programme set to redefine one of the worlds largest five star hotels.
