Carter Hones Associates were appointed as Project Managers for the first phase of the Entertainment Wing area at JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai, overseeing the full transformation of a former tailor shop into Neo-Temaki, a concept surrounding freshly prepared temaki, Japanese-inspired small plates & drinks, counter dining and a buzzy, high-energy atmosphere. Delivered in partnership with KEANE and The Fitout, the entertainment wing development forms part of JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai's wider long-term enhancement strategy, a programme set to redefine one of the worlds largest five star hotels.
