Carter Hones Associates was appointed to provide pre-contract Quantity Surveying and Cost Management services for the Arjan Tower residential development in Dubai. Our involvement included feasibility assessment and early-stage cost planning, providing commercial advice to support key design and development decisions. Through the preparation and ongoing review of cost information, we helped establish clear budget parameters and maintain alignment between the project’s design aspirations and commercial objectives.
