Citizens School

Carter Hones Associates was appointed to provide comprehensive Quantity Surveying and Cost Management services for the Citizens School project in Dubai across both the pre- and post-contract stages. Our involvement included cost planning, commercial management, and Value Engineering services, providing continuous cost advice throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with the project team, we supported the identification of cost efficiencies and value opportunities while maintaining alignment with the project’s design, quality, and commercial objectives through to completion.
