Carter Hones Associates has been appointed to provide post-contract Quantity Surveying and Cost Management services for the Dubai Island residential development. Our role focuses on the ongoing commercial administration of the project during the construction stage, supporting effective cost control, the management of contractual and financial matters, and the monitoring of project expenditure through to completion.
