DIFC Living

Carter Hones Associates was appointed by LWK to provide comprehensive Cost Management services for the DIFC Living mixed-use development in Dubai across both the pre- and post-contract stages. Our involvement included cost planning and commercial advice during the design and procurement phases, followed by ongoing post-contract cost management throughout delivery. Working closely with the project team, we supported effective cost control, commercial administration, and the management of project expenditure through to completion.
