Future Housing Scheme

Carter Hones Associates was appointed by Squire & Partners to provide Cost Management services for the Future Housing Scheme in Abu Dhabi. Our involvement focused on feasibility assessment and early-stage cost planning to support the development of a new Emirati housing strategy. Through strategic cost advice and benchmarking, we helped establish the commercial parameters required to assess the viability of the proposed approach and inform key design and planning decisions.
