Carter Hones Associates has been appointed by MODON Hospitality to provide comprehensive Cost Management services for the Green Mubazzarah Chalets project in Al Ain across both the pre- and post-contract stages. Our role includes ongoing cost planning, commercial management, and Value Engineering support, working closely with the project team to identify cost efficiencies, optimise value, and maintain alignment with the project’s design, quality, and commercial objectives throughout delivery.
