Carter Hones Associates were approached by our long time client, Dutco Group to lead a ‘Visioning and Master Planning’ exercise for the resort. We led workshops with the senior management team to look at a 10+ year capital development plan for the property. ​The end result was a phased development plan for the property maximizing the land asset whilst providing a coherent and compelling potential development opportunity.
