Since April 2023, Carter Hones Associates has delivered project management and cost for the transformation of a villa on Palm Jumeirah (L Frond, L117) into an ultra-luxury residence. The property has undergone a complete structural, MEP, façade, and interior redesign, incorporating bespoke features and sustainable solutions and home automation. The sale of this villa set a new record for Palm Jumeirah for re-furbished villas on the Palm.
