As part of the Mawaheb Café refurbishment CSR initiative, Carter Hones Associates provided end-to-end Project Management services, overseeing the coordination of contractors and specialist subcontractors to deliver the full refurbishment of the café. Carter Hones Associates involved programme oversight, stakeholder coordination, contractor management, and ensuring works were executed efficiently and to the required quality standards.
