Nozomi

Founded in Knightsbridge, London, by restauranteur Marios George in 2004, and owned by Cavadore Group, Nozomi has since grown into a culinary institution. With a 10,000 sq.ft. footprint and serving 247 covers for lunch and dinner, Nozomi was designed by Forsite Creative, and fitted out over a period of 12 months, at a cost of SAR 18 mil. Carter Hones Associates were brought into this project during construction and situated a Senior Project Manager on site to help push this challenging and delayed project over the line.
