Carter Hones Associates has been working closely with GAJ Dubai from the very early stages of the project. Our involvement began at the Concept Design Stage, where we provided initial commercial guidance, cost advice, and support in shaping the project’s financial framework. As the project progressed, we continued to support GAJ through the Design Development and Tender Stages, Tender evaluation till project award.
