Purobeach Resort

Carter Hones Associates were appointed as Project Management consultants to advise on value engineering and support the client and design team through the course of design development. A key construction challenge was to avoid intruding on the adjacent palace, the live marina and other planned works on the same site. Careful coordination ensured the additional works for the bar were incorporated into the overall programme.
