Qiddiya - District 10

The Carter Hones Associates Design Management team were introduced to the master planners, 5-Plus Design out of Los Angeles, to assist with managing the process, reporting protocols and programme throughout the Detailed Master Plan (DMP) process for District 10 in Qiddiya City. District 10, otherwise known as Delta-B is the largest of the Districts in Qiddiya City, spanning some 11.77 square km, this development will be the centre-piece of Qiddiya City, including 5 world class theme parks, a Transit Hub, numerous hotels in each park and around the district, as well as residential villas, clubs and support functions.
