Working closely with the client and consultant team, Carter Hones supported the refurbishment as the existing space was carefully reconfigured. The works retained the restaurant’s original character, while the rear restaurant area was transformed into a Bar Lounge, alongside the addition of a Crudo Bar, a display-style service area offering food and drinks.
