Carter Hones Associates was appointed to provide Cost Management services for the SHAMS project in Sharjah. Our involvement focused on early-stage feasibility assessment and cost planning throughout the design development process, providing strategic cost advice to support key project decisions. Through the development of the cost plan, we helped establish clear commercial parameters and maintain alignment between the evolving design, project budget, and overall development objectives.
