Sofitel The Palm

Carter Hones Associates was appointed to provide comprehensive Cost Management services for the Sofitel The Palm – Beach Villas project in Dubai across both the pre- and post-contract stages. Our involvement included cost planning and commercial advice during the pre-contract phase, followed by ongoing post-contract cost management throughout delivery. Working closely with the project team, we supported effective cost control, commercial administration, and the management of project expenditure through to completion.
