Carter Hones Associates is proud to partner with Leisure Quest, a Dubai-based Restaurant Operator, to provide Project and Cost Management services for TATEL Dubai. Completed in May 2024, this restaurant serves 212 covers across it’s 20,000 sq.ft. indoor and outdoor space, and was constructed for a value of AED 22 mil over a 5 month period. The Spanish infused interior design by Forsite Creative complements the restaurant concept and catering offering.
