UAB Branch Rollout

Carter Hones Associates has supported UAB’s expansion over many years, through premises and property advisory and the delivery of Project Management services. This included a key role in supporting the expansion of UAB’s retail footprint across the UAE from 9 of 35 branches in less than 5 years. At the start of the process, we contributed to the retail network strategy and the delivery of a competitor location analysis.
