Carter Hones Associates were appointed to provide Design Management services throughout the Schematic Design, Detailed Design, and Issue for Construction stages.Operating from Dubai, Carter Hones Associates were subcontracted by the client to manage the design stage, overseeing delivery, cost control, and coordination across disciplines and stakeholders. This included direct liaison between local engineers and the design teams, along with project reporting and record management.
