Ras El Hekma

Carter Hones Associates were assigned to provide Design Management Services on a secondment basis for the Ras El Hekma masterplan in Egypt, supporting the Lead Design Consultant. This included providing project management and coordination support to help facilitate the design process across a large-scale coastal development by Modon.
