Al Jurf Beachside Restaurant

IMKAN Properties required a beachside Sales Centre and Beach Club to activate VIP Sales for the first phase launch of residential plots in Al Jurf Gardens. The project was fast tracked, with modular D&B Contractor Arena Group: Design was completed in 8 weeks and the project completed in 12 weeks. Carter Hones oversaw design management, procurement and project management oversight to ensure this tight deadline and high quality end product was achieved.
