Rixos Hotel

Carter Hones Associates studied the room configuration and revenues on Rixos in 2018. By splitting one existing family room into two standard category rooms, the hotel increasaed its property inventory by 80 rooms, providing more flexibility in room letting and increased revenue which ultimately increased the value of the asset.
