As part of a Capital Development Plan upgrade, 8 potential projects were envisaged and explored for asset optimisation. The strategy considered, current revenue, cost for refurbishment, structural, MEP and authority approval challenges and the potential uplift in revenue. Out of 8 projects, 5 projects displayed a significant return on investment and formed part of a 5 year capital expenditure plan.
