Carter Hones Associates were appointed to provide a full Project Management service in answer to MAF Dalkia’s brief to increase their office footprint, provide room for expansion of their operation on create a better and more comfortable working environment. A plan was devised to refurbish the space across four phases, ensuring minimum disruption to day-to-day operations, with all work being segregated and carried out ‘out of hours.​
