Carter Hones Associates are assigned to provide Design Management Services for leading architectural firm Grimshaw. This includes managing all project protocols and processes, developing key reporting dashboards and templates, and managing all key workshops and meetings. The responsibilities also include documenting key decisions, managing change and risk, and compiling this information into reporting documents to help facilitate the design process.
