Dragon Ball Theme Park

The Dragon Ball project is a major theme park development located within Qiddiya, approximately 45km west of Riyadh. The development comprises 36 attractions, associated retail and F&B offerings, and two hotels across a site area of approximately 580,000 sqm. Carter Hones Associates were assigned to provide Design Management Services for the Dragon Ball project, supporting Falcon’s Creative Group in the management and coordination of the design process. This enabled the creative team to focus on design development and delivery while ensuring that project protocols, reporting, approvals, and coordination processes were effectively managed.
