Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert

RAK Hospitality Holdings engaged Carter Hones Associates as Lead Consultant to help deliver the refurbishment of the Spa Reception Building, yogo studio, fitness club and four specialist treatment rooms at Ritz Carlton Al Wadi in RAK. Designed by international consortium of interior design firm, Gatserelia, and Spa Consultant, WTS, both firms were out of the country and the client required a locally based Lead Consultant to complete the design, tender the works and manage the fitout. Carter Hones took the lead and brought in Cost Consultancy, MEP Engineering, Specialist Spa equipment company Barr & Wray to complete the design process to the client and Marriot International high level of brand standard.
