Seven Heights, Rixos Bab Al Bahr

Due to a strong design focus in Carter Hones Associates, were approached to take a Lead Consultant role on the All-Day Dining of the Rixos Hotel in RAK. The objective was to increase covers, increase operational efficiency, and provide a better customer experience. All the project objectives were achieved within a very tight budget of AED5m, which also included significant MEP and BOH Kitchen upgrades.
