Two Bridges

Carter Hones Associates has been appointed by Parsons DMT to provide Cost Management and Commercial Consultancy services for the Two Bridges project in Abu Dhabi across both the pre- and post-contract stages. Our role provides continuous commercial support throughout the project lifecycle, from early cost planning and procurement through to post-contract administration, cost control, and the management of commercial matters during delivery.
