Carter Hones Associates has been appointed by Parsons to provide Cost Management services for the Al Faya Masterplan in Abu Dhabi across both the pre- and post-contract stages. Our involvement provides continuous commercial and cost management support throughout the project lifecycle, from early planning and procurement through to construction and delivery, supporting informed decision-making and effective cost control as the project progresses.
