Al Falah

Carter Hones Associates has been appointed by ADAC to provide Cost Management services for the Al Falah Masterplan in Abu Dhabi. Our involvement is focused on the pre-contract stage, providing cost planning and commercial advice throughout the design development process. This includes the preparation and ongoing development of the project cost plan, supporting the design team with informed cost guidance and helping to maintain alignment between the evolving design and the project’s commercial objectives.
