Al Ahsa

Carter Hones Associates is providing Cost Management services for the Al Ahsa Masterplan in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Our involvement commenced during the Concept Master Planning Stage, where we developed the initial cost plan and provided strategic cost advice to support the evolving masterplan. Our role focuses on establishing a robust cost framework and clear budget parameters to inform design development and support key project decisions as the masterplan progresses.
